Ram Dayalu Singh  was First Speaker of Bihar Assembly

He was from Gangawa village of Muzaffarpur 

He was strong advocate of SRI BABU candidature of premiership of the province of Bihar in 1937 assembly election (first).

There is a famous college in Muzaffarpur which is named after him.
